Shipping & Delivery
Every Scrub & Snark item is made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.
Free Shipping
• Sweatshirts ship free — no minimum purchase required.
• Free U.S. shipping on orders of $85 or more.
• Shipping rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping are calculated at checkout.
Processing & Production
Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production facility.
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Personalized and embroidered items may require additional production time.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping destination and carrier. Delivery dates shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
During holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or periods of high order volume, delivery may take longer than usual.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after your label is created.
Orders With Multiple Packages
Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped from different facilities. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple shipments.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact us at support@scrubandsnark.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows unusual delays, your package arrives damaged, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at support@scrubandsnark.com with your order number and we'll help determine the next steps.
International Orders
International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
